Devon Pioneers 73 Club Centre Rental

The main hall is available for rental to the general public on dates that the members do not have events booked. Please be considerate of neighbours when using the facility.

The main hall seats 160. It can be divided into 2 rooms, each with its own heat, washrooms and entrance and luncheon service area

Booking Fee: $50 Booking Fee to Hold a date more than 6 months ahead. (It becomes part of the Rental Fee charged)
This a Non-refundable booking cancellation fee.

Damage Deposit for all events: $250

RENTAL RATES:

Whole Hall – $400
Church/Charity – $200
Bereavements – $175
Hourly Rate (2 hr minimum)  $75/hour
Active P73 Club Member $175
$50 non-refundable hold fee to reserve over 6 mo. in advance, is applied to the rental fee

Rectangle tables – 16 large (30″ x 6′) & 21 small (2′ x 4′)
Round tables – 10 (4′)
Chairs – 144 fabric + Vinyl  (18 with arms + 10 without arms)
Kitchen fully stocked with coffee urns, dishes, pots, utensils, etc.

WiFi, Mic & Big Screen available

There is public Shaw GO! WiFi available

Event insurance is always recommended.
